Hooray! You’ve completed another block of training at Putton Mill. Before we move on, I want to make sure we’re still on the same page with exactly what it is you want to do going forward, how you feel like things have been going, and how I can best help as you work towards your health and fitness goals. Please take your time in thinking through and answering the questions below.
Before we get into the specifics of goals and training, I want you to think about where you are currently in your transformation process. Answering the initial “1-5 rating” questions will help you get a clearer picture of where you currently stand and might help as you think about your goals and training wants/needs. A rating of “1” is the lowest self-rating, whereas a “5” would mean you feel that you’re doing great with that area.
Once your answers are submitted, I’ll contact you to arrange a meeting before starting your next block of training.
