If you really want to improve your fitness, it’s important to follow a professionally designed programme which ensures progress while balancing training stress and recovery. Yet, many people leave their results to chance or make up their own haphazard training plan which results in burnout and stagnation.
To help you get the most benefit from your training, I have created a number of programmes focusing on different goals from conditioning, to strength, and muscle-building.
How Are The Programmes Delivered?
Once you purchase a programme, it will be automatically downloaded to the BridgeTracker app on your phone or tablet and you will be guided through every workout. The app allows you to easily record repetitions, weights and distances in each session and view your results.
I have added notes to explain different elements of the programme (look for the little red dots), and each exercise is accompanied by a short video which demonstrates good technique.

This depends on the programme.
If you like to run outside, some of the conditioning programmes can be done with no equipment. Alternatively, you’ll need a treadmill, bike or rowing machine.
The strength and hypertrophy programmes require access to a commercial gym (or a very well-equipped home gym) with barbells, dumbbells, benches and resistance machines.
