Who is it for?
This is suitable for people with serious fitness goals who need programming assistance and accountability to get there. You should have some previous experience of training and have access to equipment at home or a gym membership at Putton Mill or elsewhere. You should live close enough to attend occasional 1-1 personal training sessions.

How does it work?
I provide you with a Performance Plan which is an individualised training programme based on your goals, equipment availability and specific requirements. This is delivered via an app where you can record your workout, view demo videos and message me directly.
You can also book occasional 1-1 personal training sessions to make sure you’re on the right track and your exercise technique is safe and effective.
