Please note:
The gym is closed until 10.00am on weekday mornings and closes again in the early evening on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to ensure exclusive use of equipment for Small Group Training sessions.
There is an access control system in operation on weekdays from 10.00am to 6.00pm, at weekends from 9.00am to 12.00pm, and during some holiday periods. You will be provided with your own individual PIN code when you join the gym.
Booking Calendar
Membership Fees
Full Membership is £39 per month.
This gives you access to all ‘Gym Sessions’ shown on the calendar.
Sessions must be booked, either on the website or using the TeamUp Members app.
Please note: there is a minimum 4-month commitment.
